Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist (Fintech): Managing international benefits operations, provider contracts, and budgeting with an accent on process automation and optimization. Location: Worldwide. Relocation support available to hubs in Serbia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, or Cyprus.

What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day employee benefits operations across HQ locations.
  • Coordinate benefit providers, contracts, and related operational processes.
  • Lead the launch and improvement of insurance, language-learning, and wellness programs.
  • Drive automation and optimization of Compensation & Benefits processes.
  • Handle budgeting, cost control, and financial planning for benefits.
  • Develop and maintain benefits policies, guidelines, and the internal knowledge base.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, or HR Operations.
  • Proven experience managing benefits within an international environment.
  • Experience working with external vendors and service providers.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
  • Russian language proficiency is required.
