TL;DR

Analyst, Inventory Enablement & Optimization, Political, Advocacy & Government (Digital Advertising): Managing and optimizing advertising inventory for the PAG vertical with an accent on forecasting, pacing, and programmatic supply enablement. Focus on maximizing revenue through data-driven optimization, managing 3rd-party supply, and ensuring compliance for political campaigns.

Location: Hybrid in New York, United States (In-office Monday through Thursday)

Salary: $100,000 – $125,000 annually

What you will do

  • Process and analyze inventory availability (avails) requests for PAG advertisers across Direct IO and Programmatic deals.
  • Monitor campaign pacing and provide actionable optimization recommendations to Account Managers.
  • Manage and optimize 3rd-party supply via RPM, MCTV, and PMP deal setups for the PAG vertical.
  • Conduct supply/demand analysis to identify inventory gaps, saturation risks, and revenue opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Ad Operations to ensure proper placement allocation and compliance for political creative requirements.
  • Support PMP deal creation, blocklist management, and inventory package targeting.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in ad operations, inventory management, or media planning.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce for avails management and deal desk workflows.
  • Experience with ad serving platforms such as OneView, Google Ad Manager, or FreeWheel.
  • Proficiency in Tableau or similar data visualization tools and advanced Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong understanding of programmatic advertising ecosystems (PMP, PG, Open Exchange).
  • Must be based in New York, United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience in political, advocacy, or government advertising, including election cycle compliance.
  • Familiarity with CTV/OTT advertising inventory and ad call mechanics (CSAI/SSAI).
  • Knowledge of audience data management platforms and targeting strategies.
  • Experience with inventory forecasting tools and revenue-at-risk tracking.
