What you will do

  • Own and maintain sales reporting, dashboards, and operational playbooks as the source of truth.
  • Ensure data accuracy and provide actionable insights to support sales performance.
  • Drive process optimization and enablement, including onboarding and SOP development.
  • Provide day-to-day operational support and troubleshoot reporting or workflow challenges.
  • Partner with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to align systems across the sales lifecycle.
  • Build scalable systems and processes to reduce operational friction and support growth.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, revenue, or business operations supporting go-to-market teams.
  • Experience in the healthcare, Medicare, or insurance industry.
  • Advanced SQL proficiency for building and maintaining reporting models.
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Mode.
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills in Excel or Google Sheets for multi-source reporting.
  • Must be based in the USA (E-Verify company).
