Location: Hybrid: Must be based in the NY office (3 days per week)

Salary: $88,000 - $121,000

What you will do

• Build and evolve project/resource management systems, from system design to dashboard creation.
• Produce regular metrics and reporting to support leadership in data-driven decision making.
• Integrate data sources across functions to create a holistic view of sales and delivery performance.
• Identify and implement low-code/no-code automation opportunities to reduce manual effort.
• Lead strategic projects within the Strategic Operations portfolio to advance system usage.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience in operations, business analysis, data analytics, or project management.
• Proficiency in low-code/no-code automation platforms (e.g., Claude, Gemini, n8n).
• Experience with BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with CRM or project management systems such as Salesforce, Kantata, or Jira.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills for translating technical topics into actionable guidance.
