What you will do

  • Lead global partner marketing strategy across ISVs, SIs, and the broader longtail partner ecosystem.
  • Develop co-marketing plans and joint campaigns aligned with regional priorities and measurable outcomes.
  • Create co-branded content, solution narratives, and joint value propositions tailored to partner segments.
  • Manage and evolve the Partner Portal Marketing Center as a definitive self-service marketing hub.
  • Execute flagship partner-facing programs, including the Global Partner Summit and Partner Advisory Councils.
  • Define and track partner marketing KPIs, including pipeline contribution, MDF ROI, and program adoption.

Requirements

  • 10–15 years of B2B technology marketing experience.
  • Minimum 7 years specifically in partner, channel, or alliance marketing.
  • 5+ years leading marketing teams with a track record of developing talent.
  • Deep expertise with CSP, ISV, and SI partner models, including MDF governance and co-sell programs.
  • Demonstrated success in building or evolving partner portals or self-service marketing infrastructure.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
