Salary: $214,000 - $310,000 USD / 236,000 - 295,000 CAD (OTE)

What you will do

• Lead a high-performing team of Solution Engineers supporting the NAMER region.
• Coach engineers on running effective discovery, developing customer-specific solutions, and creating compelling demos.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership to optimize ARR opportunities and customer success.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to influence product direction based on customer feedback.
• Advance overall SE strategy and automate processes to scale the organization.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States or Canada (restricted to British Columbia and Ontario).
• 7+ years of Solutions Engineering experience at high-growth software companies.
• 3+ years of SE leadership experience in high-growth, technically complex environments.
• Proven experience strategically building and deploying AI-powered solutions to enable SE scalability.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
