Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $215,000–$230,000 + variable

What you will do

  • Manage and coach Account Executives to drive consistent, predictable revenue and pipeline health.
  • Recruit and hire new AEs and future leaders in partnership with Talent/HR.
  • Guide AEs through complex 6- and 7-figure deal cycles over 6–12 months.
  • Implement enterprise deal governance and short-cycle playbooks using MEDDICC/BANT.
  • Develop GTM strategies for new logo acquisition and expansion across the commercial vertical.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align messaging and cross-sell motions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a consistent record of quota attainment.
  • 5+ years of experience managing sales teams or sales managers.
  • Proven success selling to Fortune 1000 commercial enterprise accounts.
  • Strong analytical skills, forecasting ability, and proficiency in Salesforce.
  • Must be based in the United States.
