Salary: $140,000 - $245,000 USD

What you will do
- Partner with New Business and Inside Sales leadership to own the operating rhythm and drive data-driven growth strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end forecasting process and pipeline reviews to ensure rigor and repeatability.
- Lead executive cadence meetings, including MBRs and QBRs, by synthesizing funnel trends and risks.
- Define organizational foundations such as headcount, quota structures, and book-of-business allocation.
- Govern rules of engagement for account ownership and lead routing to reduce friction and maximize coverage.
- Develop AI-driven intelligence systems and dashboards to accelerate decision-making for sales and finance leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales operations experience, preferably within high-growth SaaS environments.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce, SQL, and BI tools (specifically Sigma).
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools, including Claude Code, to generate sales insights.
- Ability to deliver sophisticated models and executive presentations to senior leadership.
- Must be based in the United States.
