What you will do
- Increase utilization of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen through direct sales to OBGYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors.
- Develop and manage commercial relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
- Execute strategic business plans to drive rapid growth within a designated geographic territory.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and lead generation to closing new business.
- Attend local tradeshows, industry conferences, and networking events to expand market presence.
- Deliver clinical information and represent the company to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of outside field sales experience in the healthcare sector.
- Must reside within the specified US geographic territory.
- Demonstrated successful sales track record with strong presentation and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of HIPAA laws and medical privacy ethics.
- Ability to work independently with an internal drive to succeed in a startup environment.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on consultative sales and problem solving.
