What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of high-priority client accounts, serving as the primary face of the company.
  • Build and maintain relationships with global stakeholders, including HR executives and Benefit Managers.
  • Drive product engagement and revenue expansion by converting clients into champions.
  • Lead global QBRs and ABRs, using data storytelling to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Utilize tools like Looker, Gainsight, and Salesforce to diagnose client health and identify risks.
  • Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Clinical Care teams to advocate for client needs.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience managing client relationships or selling to HR leaders.
  • Must be based in the US (this position is not eligible to be performed in Hawaii).
  • Proven track record of achieving high retention, adoption, and expansion metrics.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Salesforce, Gainsight, or Looker.
  • Ability to act as a strategic advisor to executive-level sponsors.
