What you will do

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to achieve sales, engagement, and growth targets for payer accounts.
• Drive the sale of core products and clinical programs within key healthcare accounts.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with third-party clinical program partners to ensure execution of engagement plans.
• Develop and deploy strategic account-specific marketing plans to increase program utilization and enrollment.
• Lead presentations, on-site visits, and QBRs to maintain high client satisfaction.
• Analyze data to identify emerging trends and opportunities for account expansion.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 7-10 years of experience working with or for health plans.
• Proven background in healthcare, specifically selling or managing condition management programs.
• Strong experience in account management, marketing, or program management.
• BS Degree required.
• Ability to travel 10-25%.
