What you will do

• Define initiative scope, requirements, and objectives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans using cloud-based PMO and VBC platforms.
• Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, facilitating communication and issue escalation.
• Monitor daily progress and validate performance against established benchmarks and regulatory standards.
• Capture and analyze initiative data to inform success metrics and dashboard reporting.
• Document best practices, lessons learned, and solution strategies to contribute to organizational knowledge.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in project management or coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (advanced Excel, SharePoint) and PM software (e.g., Monday.com, Zoho Projects).
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Experience in IT or SaaS environments; background in healthcare technology is an advantage.
