What you will do
- Contact customers with lease payments 10–60 days past due and arrange timely payment.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, internal inquiries, meetings, and customer requests simultaneously.
- Research and respond to customer disputes and collection-related inquiries.
- Resolve account issues involving billing, taxation, insurance, maintenance, contract terms, purchase options, and account history.
- Investigate delinquency causes and overcome obstacles to secure payment.
- Manage an expected volume of 36 accounts per day and contribute to cross-functional team efforts and training.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform in a high-intensity, customer-focused environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to research, analyze, and resolve problems, with general math and computation skills.
- Ability to follow processes and procedures and handle high-volume incoming and outgoing calls.
- U.S. work authorization required; visa sponsorship or transfer of sponsorship is not available.
