What you will do

• Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social media to generate new sales opportunities.
• Qualify and follow up on inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns and webinars.
• Research target companies and decision-makers to tailor outreach based on industry and fleet size.
• Perform discovery conversations to assess prospect needs and fit for telematics solutions.
• Schedule qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives to grow the pipeline.
• Maintain accurate lead records and outreach history in CRM (Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or at least 1 year of experience in outbound business development or inside sales.
• Proven experience with cold calling and prospecting in a B2B environment.
• Strong communication skills for engaging mid-level and senior decision-makers.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Ability to work independently and consistently meet activity and conversion goals.
