What you will do
- Process Special Assessment payoff requests and manage homeowner billing statements.
- Manage collections processes, including late fees, delinquency tracking, and legal status holds.
- Handle estoppel requests and coordinate with title companies, lenders, and management teams during ownership transfers.
- Coordinate banking scanner requests and support treasury-related administrative activities.
- Assist with 1099 preparation and sales tax administration and reporting.
- Monitor tasks in Asana and collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, relationship managers, and operations teams.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in administrative, accounting support, HOA management, or financial operations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and task management systems.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, United States.

- Experience with HOA or specialized accounting software platforms.
