What you will do

• Process signed quotes accurately and timely within the billing system.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer billing inquiries and disputes.
• Monitor AR aging reports and execute structured collections to minimize DSO.
• Coordinate with Sales and Finance teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Prepare and distribute regular AR status reports for management.
• Collaborate on ad hoc projects to automate operational finance flows.

Requirements

• Must be based in Belgium due to local accounting and VAT regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Prior experience in finance or accounting.
• Professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive financial data.
• Proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SaaS billing and subscription systems like Chargebee or Hubspot.
• Experience with Exact Online.
