What you will do

• Process biweekly, monthly, and bonus payrolls for the company.
• Administer compensation and commission calculations using Excel, ensuring precision and policy compliance.
• Manage corporate credit card programs and travel/expense reimbursement systems.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and maintain payroll-related account reconciliations.
• Prepare internal and regulatory reports and support quarterly and year-end close processes.
• Serve as the primary contact for payroll and accounting operations inquiries.

Requirements

• Associate degree in business, accounting, or related field, or 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Must possess or be willing to obtain the SIE and FINRA Series 99 licenses.
• Working knowledge of GAAP and payroll regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with payroll systems like Workday, ADP, or Xtiva.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Great Falls, MT.
