Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada
• Bachelor's degree or certification in Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or a related field.
• 5-15 years of experience in urban planning, construction, design, or project management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple commercial real-estate projects.
• Solid technical knowledge of design and construction processes.
• Proficiency in drafting proposals, budgets, and schedules using project management software.
