What you will do

• Lead the mechanical design and integration of electrical systems within complex vehicle platforms, ensuring robust routing and packaging.
• Design and develop components, brackets, harness routing paths, and enclosures that balance performance with durability.
• Own the cost, quality, validation, and schedule for assigned engineering projects.
• Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing teams to address assembly feasibility and installation repeatability.
• Research and develop new technologies related to vehicle integration, thermal considerations, and durability.
• Organize and execute prototype builds, testing, and analysis for fit, form, and function.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related accredited discipline.
• Experience with heavy equipment, track-type tractors, wheel loaders, or mining applications.
• Hands-on experience with vehicle systems integration, including routing and structural interfaces.
• Extensive experience with Creo, Vis View, Teamcenter, and Electric SDP.
• Must have valid US work authorization (Visa sponsorship is not offered).

• Experience working within an SDP / gated development process.
