Salary: $97,530 – $146,290

What you will do

• Design, develop, and release aftermarket parts, kits, and retrofit solutions.
• Translate customer and dealer feedback into engineering actions to improve reliability.
• Create and maintain engineering deliverables including models, drawings, and BOMs.
• Perform FEA analysis to evaluate stress, durability, and structural performance.
• Support the integration and design of hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering, Manufacturing, and global suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline.
• Strong engineering fundamentals and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CAD modeling, drawings, and documentation.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (Visa sponsorship not available).
• Must be able to work onsite 5 days per week in Brooklyn Park, MN.
