TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (Database): Driving sales growth and managing full sales cycles for hirify.global services within enterprise customer segments with an accent on cloud database solutions and DBaaS. Focus on building robust pipelines, closing complex enterprise deals, and expanding market presence in the UK.

Location: Remote - UK (London). hirify.global does not sponsor work visas or relocation.

What you will do

  • Drive the adoption of hirify.global services and close business with new and existing enterprise customers.
  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and opportunity development to closing.
  • Maintain an accurate and robust pipeline and forecast of business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for assigned territories.
  • Collaborate with partners and deliver business reviews to senior management.
  • Manage lead follow-ups within company SLAs via phone, email, and social media.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in database, data management, DBaaS, or cloud sales.
  • Proven track record of managing large enterprise opportunities and closing transactional business.
  • Proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Zoominfo, and Marketo.
  • Ability to communicate the business value of complex enterprise solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Must have valid UK work authorization.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling open source software solutions.
  • Knowledge of relational, distributed, and analytic databases.
  • Experience working at a growth startup.
  • Track record of managing partners and global system integrators.
