What you will do
- Lead complex sales cycles from discovery to close using a consultative, insight-led approach.
- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline via networking, referrals, and targeted outbound engagement across the Trust & Safety ecosystem.
- Develop strategic relationships with decision-makers, including Trust & Safety leaders, General Counsels, and Security leads.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to shape go-to-market strategies and influence product direction.
- Drive commercial performance by exceeding revenue targets through disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
- Mentor junior sales team members to foster a high-performance and collaborative sales culture.
Requirements
- Proven experience in enterprise sales within technology, intelligence, risk, or compliance environments.
- Strong understanding of Trust & Safety, security, regulatory, or risk management landscapes.
- Demonstrated ability to run consultative sales processes and influence senior stakeholders in complex organizations.
- Strong commercial acumen, including pricing, contract negotiation, and deal structuring.
- Ability to develop compelling, insight-led proposals and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
- Must be based in London, United Kingdom.
