What you will do

• Perform Install, Move, Add, and Change (IMAC) requests for workstations, peripherals, and network hardware.
• Implement and maintain a diverse hardware stack, including high-availability servers and networked visual display systems.
• Provide expert deskside support for Windows workstations and office software suites.
• Conduct basic network troubleshooting to ensure hardware connectivity to local and wide-area networks.
• Manage technical documentation, service requests, and hardware asset tracking.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of professional IT infrastructure or deskside support experience.
• 2–4 years of formal IT training or 3+ years of equivalent hands-on technical field experience.
• Must be comfortable with regular travel, including occasional overnight stays, weekends, or off-hours work.
• Must pass an extensive background check and fingerprinting process.
• Strong troubleshooting expertise in Windows environments and basic network/server protocols.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for interacting with non-technical end-users.
