What you will do
- Own the overall success of assigned client accounts, ensuring delivery excellence and stakeholder trust.
- Act as a strategic advisor to client stakeholders, aligning business goals with technical execution.
- Lead globally distributed teams to deliver high-quality outcomes in fast-moving environments.
- Identify and drive account growth opportunities through delivery excellence and proactive relationship building.
- Manage project schedules, risks, and reporting mechanisms focused on measurable business value.
- Translate business priorities into actionable delivery outcomes for technical teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience managing complex software engineering or technology consulting engagements.
- Proven track record of owning strategic client accounts end-to-end.
- Experience leading globally distributed teams.
- Strong understanding of program management methodologies and delivery governance.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and GCP ecosystems.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in cloud consulting or AI-enabled delivery programs.
- Exposure to FinOps or large-scale modernization initiatives.
- Experience in high-growth boutique professional services environments.
