What you will do

• Own the overall success of assigned client accounts, ensuring delivery excellence and stakeholder trust.
• Act as a strategic advisor to client stakeholders, aligning business goals with technical execution.
• Lead globally distributed teams to deliver high-quality outcomes in fast-moving environments.
• Identify and drive account growth opportunities through delivery excellence and proactive relationship building.
• Manage project schedules, risks, and reporting mechanisms focused on measurable business value.
• Translate business priorities into actionable delivery outcomes for technical teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience managing complex software engineering or technology consulting engagements.
• Proven track record of owning strategic client accounts end-to-end.
• Experience leading globally distributed teams.
• Strong understanding of program management methodologies and delivery governance.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and GCP ecosystems.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in cloud consulting or AI-enabled delivery programs.
• Exposure to FinOps or large-scale modernization initiatives.
