What you will do
- Provide advice, guidance, and best practices for customer solutions.
- Collaborate with other Engagement Managers to staff projects with appropriate resources.
- Develop and enforce the company's implementation methodologies.
- Lead and manage deployment projects for customers.
- Serve as the Professional Services account owner for customers with active implementation projects.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of customer-facing project management or business consulting experience.
- Technical fluency in APIs, platform configuration, and AI/automation concepts.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of leading executive business reviews.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent.
- Must be based in the United States or Canada.
- Ability to travel 25%.
