What you will do

• Own adoption outcomes from post-sale alignment through launch, rollout, and long-term value realization.
• Lead executive conversations regarding business goals, adoption milestones, risks, and tradeoffs.
• Guide customers to adopt new workflows and behaviors, moving them beyond legacy processes.
• Orchestrate cross-functional efforts across Implementation, Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales.
• Diagnose adoption risks early and align stakeholders to restore momentum in stalled programs.
• Translate customer friction patterns into structured product and account intelligence.

Requirements

• 5+ years in customer success, implementation leadership, enterprise account management, or consulting.
• Direct experience managing complex, high-value enterprise transformation programs.
• Strong executive communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders independently.
• Excellent judgment in diagnosing adoption friction and organizational blockers.
• Must be based in the US to be eligible for full-time benefits.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%.

Nice to have

• Experience in residential homebuilding, construction technology, AEC, manufacturing, or ERP.
