Business Consultant (Digitalisation)

What you will do

• Support clients with change management initiatives for large-scale IT and digitalisation projects.
• Prepare user guides and training materials and conduct user training sessions.
• Analyse and report on organisational change readiness.
• Map business processes and facilitate client workshops.
• Define benefits tracking models and prepare communication plans.
• Participate in analysis, testing, and refinement activities while developing domain knowledge.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or a few years of experience at the intersection of IT, business, and organisation, such as IT project management or consulting.
• Interest in IT and digitalisation.
• Relevant master’s degree, such as Cand.merc., Cand.it., Cand.scient., or similar.
• Full professional proficiency in Danish and English, written and spoken, is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional experience with PowerPoint and Excel.
