What you will do

• Support clients with change management initiatives to ensure IT projects are anchored within business processes.
• Prepare user guides and training materials and conduct user training sessions.
• Perform analyses and reporting on organisational change readiness.
• Map business processes and facilitate workshops with clients.
• Define benefits tracking models and prepare communication plans.
• Participate in analysis, testing, and refinement activities to build strong domain knowledge.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or a few years of experience at the intersection of IT, business, and organisation.
• Master's degree (e.g., cand.merc., cand.it., cand.scient., or similar).
• Fluent in both Danish and English.
• Strong interest in IT and digitalisation.
• Experience working with PowerPoint and Excel.
