What you will do
- Advise life sciences clients on market access, reimbursement, health technology assessment, pricing, and evidence strategies.
- Lead consulting engagements across Denmark and the Nordic markets, managing cross-functional project teams and delivery quality.
- Develop launch plans, reimbursement pathways, value communication, and health economic evidence, including cost-effectiveness and budget impact models.
- Identify evidence gaps and support real-world evidence strategies, stakeholder engagement, advisory boards, and market access implementation.
- Present strategic recommendations to senior client stakeholders and build trusted client relationships.
- Contribute approximately 30–40% of the role to business development, including opportunity identification, proposal development, and mentoring colleagues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 8–12 years of experience in life sciences, consulting, market access, HTA, HEOR, health economics, pricing, or reimbursement.
- Strong expertise in the Denmark market access and payer environment.
- Experience in one or more additional Nordic markets is advantageous.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects, manage multiple priorities, and communicate with senior stakeholders.
- Established network within the life sciences and market access community.
