Business Process Consultant

Location: Based in London or Copenhagen, United Kingdom or Denmark; willingness to travel is required.

What you will do

• Interview stakeholders to understand current ways of working and business processes.
• Map and design organizational operating models, capabilities, value streams, and marketing processes.
• Define roles, responsibilities, decision-rights frameworks, and improvement recommendations.
• Develop operational playbooks, training materials, and change and adoption strategies.
• Facilitate workshops with cross-functional and executive stakeholders to drive adoption of new processes, tools, and templates.
• Own end-to-end client workstreams, including project management, team coordination, and opportunities involving AI, automation, and data-driven insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration, marketing, social sciences, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in business architecture, process consulting, organization design, change management, or a similar discipline.
• Working knowledge of business architecture practices, including process design, value streams, and operating model design.
• Experience working independently and collaboratively in complex, matrixed environments.
• Strong research, writing, storytelling, presentation, communication, and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Willingness to travel and flexibility to collaborate across time zones.
