Senior Operational Resillience Consultant

What you will do

• Document the current system platform and its interdependencies to support recovery and reconciliation designs for crisis scenarios.
• Design and maintain internal and sector playbooks, governance frameworks, contingency plans, and disaster recovery plans.
• Lead scenario mapping, interdependency analysis, and contingency-plan testing internally and across the financial sector.
• Represent hirify.global Securities Copenhagen in sector working groups and discussions with regulators, financial infrastructure organizations, and clients.
• Report to the steering committee and recommend the future operational setup for the IT department.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, infrastructure architecture, disaster recovery, IT continuity, resilience engineering, or a similar discipline.
• Experience in financial services, market infrastructures, or other critical industries is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems, messaging platforms, data integrity, recovery architectures, disaster recovery design, reconciliation processes, and enterprise architecture.
• Ability to communicate complex technical topics to senior stakeholders and regulators and produce clear technical documentation.
• Fluent Danish is required, and the application must be submitted in Danish.
• Knowledge of mainframe environments is an advantage.
