Business Process Consultant

What you will do

• Interview stakeholders to understand current ways of working.
• Map and design organisational operating models, capabilities, and marketing processes.
• Define roles, responsibilities, decision rights, and improved operating solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve organisational performance, structure, and delivery effectiveness.
• Develop operational playbooks, training materials, and change and adoption strategies.
• Facilitate workshops and own client workstreams, including project management and coordination across teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration, marketing, social sciences, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in business architecture, process consulting, organisation design, change management, or similar disciplines.
• Working knowledge of process design, value streams, and operating model design.
• Experience working independently and collaboratively in complex, matrixed environments.
• Strong research, writing, storytelling, presentation, communication, and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Willingness to travel and flexibility to collaborate with clients and colleagues across time zones.
