Cyber Transformation (Cybersecurity)

Location: Belfast, United Kingdom; hybrid work with at least two days per week in the office or on client site, potentially up to five days per week on a client site depending on the assignment.

What you will do

• Collaborate with clients to shape cybersecurity strategies and resolve cybersecurity issues.
• Guide transitions to new business models and deliver technical initiatives from initial scope through execution.
• Work according to agile practices across multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and client engagements.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and contribute to project and team management.
• Develop proposals, cultivate client opportunities, and support business development.
• Contribute to internal projects, knowledge sharing, team growth, and delivery of client outcomes.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Digital Trust and Cyber Security consulting.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity across people, processes, and technology, including its connection to business goals and organisational culture.
• Experience managing projects and teams and delivering IT or technical programmes.
• Proven stakeholder engagement and relationship-building experience across multiple business units and leadership levels.
• Experience in consumer, manufacturing, or industrial sectors, including implementation and benefits realisation.
• Cybersecurity accreditations or qualifications and up-to-date knowledge of technology trends and challenges.

Hiring process

• Initial call with a technology recruiter.
• Two 60-minute competency or technical interviews, covering both formats.
• Final 60-minute meeting with a PA leader, including a mini case study and discussion of client-centricity.
