What you will do

• Identify and secure new partnership opportunities across brands, agencies, and sponsors.
• Build and maintain relationships with marketing teams, decision-makers, and agency networks.
• Develop commercial packages across branded content, creator projects, and experiences.
• Manage the full outreach cycle from prospecting through to signed agreements.
• Represent the business at industry events, activations, and networking opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in partnerships, sponsorships, or commercial roles.
• Proven experience selling sponsorship or commercial opportunities.
• Confidence with outbound activity and opening conversations from scratch.
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to thrive in entrepreneurial environments.
• Must be based in London for a hybrid setup (4 days office-based).
