What you will do

• Partner with stakeholders to evaluate, design, and implement enhancements within NetSuite, MRP, and PLM platforms.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Finance teams to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
• Develop and maintain roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and support strategic planning for business system improvements.
• Document workflows, business processes, and technical specifications using industry-standard practices.
• Coordinate and track project deliverables to ensure alignment with business objectives and timelines.
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform solution testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience working with MRP and/or PLM systems.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite or similar MRP systems.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Fusion 360 Manage or similar PLM systems.
• 2+ years of experience working with finance systems and financial data structures.
• Location: Must be based in Burnaby, Canada.
