Location: Fully Remote (Must be based in one of the following US states: AZ, CO, FL, ID, GA, IL, NH, KS, MA, MI, MN, NC, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI)
Compensation: $50-60/hour

What you will do
- Execute day-to-day HubSpot tasks including contact management, list building, workflow updates, and dashboard creation.
- Maintain HubSpot and Salesforce integration by resolving field mapping issues and sync errors.
- Perform data hygiene and enrichment using tools like ZoomInfo and Clay to ensure CRM accuracy.
- Build and manage email sequences in Outreach.io and manage Chili Piper rules and routers.
- Identify and implement AI-powered tools to simplify manual tasks and improve data quality.
- Document operational workflows and provide data formatting for team reviews and QBRs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Revenue, or Go-To-Market Operations.
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot (workflows, lists, behavioral events, reporting).
- Working knowledge of HubSpot and Salesforce integration and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Chili Piper or similar meeting scheduling and routing tools.
- Proficiency with data enrichment tools such as ZoomInfo, Clay, Apollo, or Clearbit.
- Experience building sequences in Outreach.io, SalesLoft, or HubSpot Sequences.
Nice to have
- Aptitude for experimenting with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Clay AI.
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Experience with Pendo for product analytics.
- Background in healthcare or healthcare technology.
