What you will do
- Establish team goals and priorities aligned with the broader Customer Success and Account Management strategy.
- Drive key outcomes including reduced customer churn, revenue expansion, and increased product adoption.
- Manage team KPIs, perform regular coaching, and identify training opportunities.
- Build trusting relationships with client operational leadership to understand and solve business challenges.
- Coordinate cross-functional project management to resolve escalated client issues.
- Conduct business impact assessments to identify product gaps and manage client expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management leadership roles.
- 5+ years of working knowledge of healthcare benefits, pharmacy benefits, or commercial health insurance.
- Executive-level communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach.
- Proven experience in client relationship management and conflict resolution.
- Ability to work independently and navigate cross-functional team environments.
