TL;DR

People Operations Advisor (HR): Providing high-quality first-line support to employees and maintaining accurate people data in the HRIS with an accent on HR processes, policy queries, and data integrity. Focus on contributing to People Ops projects, supporting cyclical People processes, and managing employee lifecycle administration.

Location: Hybrid, London. Must work from the office a minimum of 60% of their time over a 12-week period.

Salary: £35,000 – £38,000

What you will do

  • Provide first-line support to employees, resolving HR process and policy queries.
  • Maintain accurate people data in the HRIS (HiBob) and produce reports.
  • Contribute to People Ops projects such as system enhancements and process redesign.
  • Support cyclical People processes and document employee lifecycle changes.
  • Support the preparation and processing of the monthly UK payroll.
  • Manage employee lifecycle administration, including contracts, background checks, and visa sponsorship.

Requirements

  • Solid foundation in People Operations.
  • Working understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and core HR processes.
  • Experience supporting payroll administration and understanding UK tax, NI, and statutory requirements.
  • Comfortable working with HR systems (ideally HiBob).
  • Data-literate with the ability to produce and validate reports.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Clear and professional communication skills.

  • Experience of working with employees in France, Spain and Italy.
