What you will do
- Lead the people change and integration agenda across all sites.
- Design and deliver organisation design, cultural change, capability uplift and workforce transformation programmes.
- Set and govern the full HR policy framework, ensuring clarity, legal compliance and colleague‑centred guidance.
- Partner with ER, Legal, Risk and senior leaders to manage complex cases, consultation activity and policy escalations.
- Drive inclusive practices across all change and policy work, championing accessibility, fairness and equity.
Requirements
- Experience within the motor industry or a similarly complex, regulated environment.
- Deep knowledge of UK employment law, UK GDPR, ACAS guidance and consultation/ER frameworks.
- CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent) desired; Legal or ER background advantageous.
- Demonstrable experience leading policy, consultation and large‑scale change programmes.
- Strong stakeholder influence up to senior leadership level.
- Some remote UK travel - Driving Licence required
