What you will do

• Lead the hirify.global people change and integration agenda across all sites.
• Design and deliver organisation design, cultural change, capability uplift and workforce transformation programmes.
• Set and govern the full HR policy framework, ensuring clarity, legal compliance and colleague‑centred guidance.
• Partner with ER, Legal, Risk and senior leaders to manage complex cases, consultation activity and policy escalations.
• Drive inclusive practices across all change and policy work, championing accessibility, fairness and equity.

Requirements

• Experience within the motor industry or a similarly complex, regulated environment.
• Deep knowledge of UK employment law, UK GDPR, ACAS guidance and consultation/ER frameworks.
• CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent) desired; Legal or ER background advantageous.
• Demonstrable experience leading policy, consultation and large‑scale change programmes.
• Strong stakeholder influence up to senior leadership level.
• Some remote UK travel - Driving Licence required
