Salary: £40,000-£50,000 per annum plus 3.5% annual bonus.

What you will do

  • Allocate and mobilize field personnel to project sites.
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, and transportation for site personnel.
  • Manage workwear and PPE inventory and distribution.
  • Ensure compliance with QHSE requirements, internal policies, and external regulations.
  • Record and track incidents, deviations, and improvement actions.
  • Act as Line Manager for blue-collar employees, providing supervision and guidance.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in heavy industry, ideally service type work and line management of technicians and operatives.
  • Demonstrable experience in manpower planning, workforce coordination, or field administration within industrial, construction, or manufacturing environments.
  • Proficient with workforce planning tools (e.g., WSP) and Microsoft Office; ERP experience (IFS preferred) is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of QHSE standards and onsite industrial or construction environments.
  • Experience working within a matrix organisation and cross-functional stakeholder groups.
