What you will do
- Engage with inbound enquiries and execute outbound prospecting campaigns to identify new opportunities.
- Qualify and nurture prospective customers through the sales pipeline via discovery conversations.
- Convert marketing-qualified leads into sales-qualified opportunities by positioning products effectively.
- Manage and prioritize active and nurture-stage opportunities in coordination with Account Managers.
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and records within CRM systems.
- Support marketing initiatives, including webinars, events, and promotional campaigns.
Requirements
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Proactive, resilient, and results-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Confidence in engaging customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Must be based in Sydney, Australia to support the hybrid working model.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or Technology (Engineering degree highly regarded).
Nice to have
- Previous customer-facing experience.
- Exposure to sales, lead generation, business development, or customer success.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
