What you will do

  • Generate qualified sales demos and meetings through outbound and inbound lead engagement.
  • Conduct personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn, and telephone.
  • Source opportunities within target accounts in collaboration with marketing and ABM campaigns.
  • Maintain and update lead information within the CRM system.
  • Participate in online industry conversations to engage target accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to advance target accounts through the funnel.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Sydney, Australia
  • Proven experience in sales development or inside sales roles.
  • Strong self-motivation with a focus on outbound prospecting and solution-based selling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport.
  • Solid understanding of outbound sales methodologies and prospecting techniques.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales enablement tools such as Hubspot, 6Sense, or Sales Navigator.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience selling commercial cloud services or open-source developer products.
  • Technical comfort discussing workflows, microservices, containers, and serverless architectures.
  • Ability to articulate business value to organizations of all sizes.
