What you will do
- Drive optimization of P2P (Purchase-to-Pay), O2C (Order-to-Cash), and R2R (Record-to-Report) processes for better scalability.
- Pilot the deployment of France's mandatory e-invoicing and e-reporting reform, coordinating with IT and external providers.
- Maintain the smooth operation of the finance stack, including NetSuite, Payflows, Upflow, and Expensya.
- Formalize internal processes through documentation and training to build operational excellence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a freelance consultant or at an ESN leading finance and IS projects.
- Mandatory proficiency in NetSuite (administration, configuration, and integrations).
- Track record of coordinating cross-functional projects involving ERP deployments or finance cycles.
- Bac+5 degree from an engineering school, IT program, or dual IT/Finance background.
- French: C2 level required.
- English: C1 level required.
- Location: Must be based in Paris for at least 3 days on-site per week.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of French e-invoicing regulations and certified platforms.
- Curiosity and experience with AI tools and digital automation (e.g., Dust, n8n).
