What you will do

  • Support enterprise clients through the organizational dimensions of EPM transformation from scoping to go-live.
  • Engage with Finance leadership and executive sponsors to align objectives and manage transformation risks.
  • Design and deliver targeted training and communication programs to accelerate end-user readiness.
  • Translate behavioral and usage data into concrete recommendations for client and internal account strategies.
  • Build and scale the internal change management practice, including methodology and delivery standards.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives to embed change management principles across the organization.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in change management, strategy consulting, or corporate transformation.
  • Proven track record of delivering change management for EPM, ERP, or SaaS platforms.
  • Deep understanding of finance processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation.
  • Experience in senior stakeholder engagement at the CFO or VP Finance level.
  • Certification in Prosci/ADKAR or ACMP (CCMP), or currently pursuing one.
  • Full professional proficiency in both English and French is mandatory.

Nice to have

  • Strategy consulting background from Big 4 or Tier-1/Tier-2 firms.
  • Additional European language skills.
