What you will do
- Own the day-to-day delivery of multiple influencer campaigns, managing timelines, budgets, and approvals.
- Develop and negotiate creator pricing using CPV (cost per view) and projected performance to protect margins.
- Act as the primary point of contact for creators, clients, and internal cross-functional teams.
- Source, brief, and manage creators, ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Track performance metrics (CPV, reach, engagement) and provide actionable daily reporting via proprietary analytics.
- Leverage AI tools and the platform to optimize workflows and generate product insights.
Requirements
- Agency experience running influencer or creator campaigns.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator management, or project management.
- Fluency in CPV pricing and strong Excel skills (formulas, pivots, tracker building).
- AI fluency and a willingness to use AI as a core part of the workflow.
- Ability to work EST hours.
- Experience working with both Consumer/DTC and Tech/B2B brands.
Nice to have
- Fluency in French, German, or Spanish for cross-market communication.
