TL;DR

Group Account Manager (B2B): Manage and expand hirify.global’s subscribed medical-group customer accounts across onboarding, training, support, and expansion. Focus on building and executing a customer management playbook, proactively identifying growth opportunities, and closing account expansions while maintaining a strong pulse on key clinical champions.

Location: San Francisco (Hybrid — in office three days a week)

Salary: $120K–$200K + equity

hirify.global builds an AI scribe and related products to automate medical documentation and improve clinician workflows.

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end B2B customer journey: onboarding, training, troubleshooting, and answering technical questions about product features.
  • Lead setup and execution of a B2B customer management playbook from onboarding through expansion.
  • Analyze account usage and proactively reach out to ensure customers get maximum value from the product.
  • Identify and close expansion opportunities across a portfolio of medical groups (some at full capacity, most not).
  • Maintain a continuous “pulse” on accounts and key champions (e.g., clinical directors, chief medical officers, heads of innovation).
  • Introduce new products when timing and fit are right.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of directly relevant experience managing high-profile customer accounts.
  • Proven expertise managing medium to large B2B customer accounts and expanding them through deliberate, systematic efforts.
  • Strong toolkit for exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, low-process, entrepreneurial environment.
  • High motivation, self-direction, and strong ownership/accountability.
  • Ability to handle both customer delight and dissatisfaction effectively.

  • Experience in an early-stage, high-growth company.
  • Familiarity with advanced technology and AI-type products.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a highly collaborative, asynchronous environment.
