Location: Remote (North America)

Salary: $165,000 - $201,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close across inbound and outbound channels.
  • Advise business owners and their accountants/bookkeepers on product capabilities.
  • Translate product features into tangible business value for customers.
  • Innovate and improve sales processes collaboratively.
  • Collaborate with internal departments like Business Development and Marketing.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full sales cycle or account management experience, ideally within fintech or selling to SMBs.
  • Consultative, discovery-led sales approach.
  • Experience with strategic account-based prospecting and outbound pipeline generation.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo).
  • Actively leverage AI for sales efficiency.
  • English: B2 required.

Nice to have

  • Experience in fintech, accounting software, or a neobank.
  • Worked with SMBs in North America.
  • Proficient in Spanish.

Hiring process

  • Stage 1: 30-minute Google Meet video call with Talent team.
  • Stage 2: 45-minute Google Meet video call with Sr. Manager, Direct Sales.
  • Stage 3: Take-home writing/video sample.
  • Stage 4: 45-minute in-person meeting with a member of the Leadership team.
  • Stage 5: Take-home case study followed by a 60-minute Google Meet video call with Sales team.
