What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close across inbound and outbound channels.
- Advise business owners and their accountants/bookkeepers on product capabilities.
- Translate product features into tangible business value for customers.
- Innovate and improve sales processes collaboratively.
- Collaborate with internal departments like Business Development and Marketing.
Requirements
- 2+ years of full sales cycle or account management experience, ideally within fintech or selling to SMBs.
- Consultative, discovery-led sales approach.
- Experience with strategic account-based prospecting and outbound pipeline generation.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo).
- Actively leverage AI for sales efficiency.
- English: B2 required.
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, accounting software, or a neobank.
- Worked with SMBs in North America.
- Proficient in Spanish.
