TL;DR
Account Development Representative (Sales/HRTech): Driving growth through outbound prospecting and inbound qualification with an accent on pipeline generation and AI-powered workflows. Focus on sourcing SMB deals, conducting discovery calls, and closing small-scale opportunities end-to-end.
Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)
Compensation: Base $52,000–$60,000, OTE $78,000–$90,000

What you will do
- Run multi-touch outbound sequences across email, phone, and LinkedIn targeting HR, People, and Culture leaders.
- Own first-response and qualification for inbound leads across the funnel, including PLG and demo requests.
- Manage the full sales cycle for self-sourced SMB deals under $5K, from discovery and demo to closing.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to support personalized outreach on active pipeline deals.
- Utilize AI tools and platforms like ZoomInfo to identify high-converting signals and build targeted lists.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or outbound-focused sales role.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Proven proficiency in cold calling and personalized outreach.
- Genuine AI fluency and ability to build AI-driven workflows for sales efficiency.
- Strong written communication skills for establishing genuine human connections.
Nice to have
- Experience with HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Gong, UserGems, and LLMs (Claude/ChatGPT).
- Prior experience selling to HR, People, or Culture teams.
- Experience in closing, trial conversions, or renewals.
- Ability to contribute to sales plays and campaign structures.
