What you will do

  • Identify, engage, and close new logo opportunities using Microsoft Data and AI solutions.
  • Lead consultative sales cycles focused on business transformation enabled by Azure Data, AI, and analytics platforms.
  • Collaborate with Microsoft account teams and Partner Development Managers to execute Co-Sell motions.
  • Identify and deliver cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing hirify.global accounts.
  • Design and execute targeted go-to-market strategies and campaigns with marketing and pre-sales teams.
  • Deliver compelling solution presentations to both business and technical audiences.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in solution sales within the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft commercial and Co-Sell motions.
  • Demonstrated success selling Data and AI solutions (Azure Data Services, OpenAI, Fabric, Copilot, etc.).
  • Proven ability to win new business with enterprise or larger SMC clients.
  • Ability to confidently engage and articulate value to C-suite stakeholders.
  • Must be based in the UK.

Nice to have

  • Microsoft certifications such as Azure Solutions Expert or Data & AI Fundamentals.
  • Experience with Microsoft partner programs, incentives, and marketplace selling.
  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 or M365 integrations.
