TL;DR

Platform Account Executive (hirify.global): Driving sales of platform solutions including Data Security, Governance, and Agentforce for public sector and NGO clients with an accent on complex procurement cycles and compliance. Focus on building C-level relationships, executing territory strategies, and collaborating with core account teams to scale innovation within EMEA South.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute territory plans to identify and progress platform opportunities.
  • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals within public sector and NGO accounts.
  • Collaborate with core account executives to unlock value across data security, governance, and ALM.
  • Enable internal teams and partners to effectively qualify and progress platform opportunities.
  • Demonstrate value through customer success stories and deep product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and proficient in Italian, Spanish, or French.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets in SaaS enterprise environments.
  • Strong knowledge of data security, compliance, governance, and DevOps.
  • Ability to navigate complex procurement frameworks and regulatory constraints.
  • Strong stakeholder management and independent territory strategy execution skills.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience selling into public sector organizations or NGOs.
  • Familiarity with procurement frameworks in Italian, Spanish, or French markets.
  • Experience working in a specialist or overlay sales model.
