What you will do

• Develop and implement sales strategies to hit growth targets in the assigned territory.
• Acquire new partners including travel agencies, tour operators, and TMCs.
• Provide comprehensive system training and onboarding for new partners.
• Manage an assigned portfolio of partners, ensuring long-term cooperation and satisfaction.
• Execute commercial deals, manage document flow, and oversee payment compliance.
• Conduct market analysis and provide regular reporting via CRM systems.

Requirements

• Must be based in Sicily, Italy.
• Proven experience in B2B sales or account management within the travel industry.
• Ability to travel frequently (40%–50% of working time).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
